What is Calverse?

Calverse is a comprehensive health and fitness application designed to help you track your nutrition, log your meals, and achieve your wellness goals. It features a large database of Indian foods, smart tools like a Label Analyzer, and personalized dashboards to monitor your progress.

Is Calverse free to use?

Yes, Calverse offers a robust free version with many essential features, including nutrition lookup and basic progress tracking. We also offer a 1-Year Premium plan that unlocks all advanced features for users who want to take their health tracking to the next level.

Is Calverse a medical app?

No. Calverse is a wellness tool, not a medical application. All information and suggestions are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or dietitian for personalized health advice.

Payments & Premium Plan

What is the premium plan and is it a recurring subscription?

We offer one premium offering: the 1 Year Premium Access plan. This is a one-time, prepaid purchase that grants you access to all premium features for 365 days. It is not a recurring subscription, so you will never be charged automatically for a renewal.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases of the 1 Year Premium Access plan are final and strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access granted to all features, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason. We encourage you to use the free version of our app to ensure it meets your needs before purchasing.

Why do I need to use my registered email for purchase?

Your premium access is linked directly to the email address of your Calverse account. To ensure your premium features are activated correctly, you must use the same email for payment. If you use a different email, the system will not be able to link the purchase to your account.

I bought premium but it's not active. What do I do?

Premium access can take up to 24 hours for manual verification. If it's been longer than 24 hours, please check if you used the correct email address for the purchase. If you believe there has been a mistake, please contact our support team with your registered email and payment receipt.

What happens if my payment fails?

In the rare event a payment fails, please first try again or check with your bank. For issues that seem to be with the payment processor itself, you can contact them directly at the Cashfree Report Issue page. For general help, you can always reach out to us.

App Features & How-To

How does the Label Analyzer work?

The Label Analyzer uses your device's camera to take a picture of a food product's nutrition label. We then use advanced AI (Google's Gemini API) to read the text and provide you with an instant analysis and health score. This is a premium feature.

How accurate is the food database?

We pride ourselves on having an extensive database of Indian foods. While we strive for accuracy, nutritional information can vary. We recommend using our data as a reliable guide and always checking product labels for the most precise information.

What if I can't find a food in your database?

If a specific food item is not available, you can use our "Create Custom Food" feature to enter the nutritional information manually from the product's label. This item will then be saved to your personal list for future use.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.

Is my health data secure?

Yes, absolutely. We use multi-layered security, including encryption for data both in transit and at rest. Your password is never stored directly, only as a secure hash, making leaks impossible. For more details, please see our full Privacy Policy.

How can I delete my account and data?

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data. To do so, please send an email request to our privacy team at info@calverse.in from your registered email address. Your data will be irretrievably deleted from our systems.
