All transactions on our platform are securely processed via Cashfree Payments, a trusted and PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept the following methods of payment, processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only:
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay.
- Digital Wallets: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm.
- Net Banking / Bank Transfers: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS.
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI): All major UPI apps supported.
2. Payment Security
Your payment security is our top priority. We employ multiple layers of security to protect your sensitive information:

- All payments are processed directly through Cashfree's secure environment. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

3. Our Premium Plan
Calverse offers a single premium offering: the 1 Year Premium Access plan. This is a one-time, prepaid purchase that grants you access to all premium features for 365 days from the date of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription, so you will never be charged automatically for a renewal.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and strictly non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate access granted to all premium features upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to non-usage of the service, dissatisfaction with the features, or accidental purchases. We encourage you to use the free version of our app and read our Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
5. Access Verification and User Conduct
- Manual Verification: Premium access is subject to manual verification within 24 hours of payment. While access is typically granted instantly, we reserve the right to revoke it if the transaction is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or unverifiable.
- Cancellation for Misconduct: We reserve the right to revoke premium access without notice for any violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to API abuse, scams, defamation, or suspicious activity. No refund will be provided in such cases.
6. Failed Payments
Our payment gateway is highly reliable. In the rare event that a payment fails, please try again after a short while. If the issue persists, please check with your bank or card provider first.
